Happy Birthday America and Happy LAST CHANCE Release Day in the UK!

Hey Everyone! Hope you're having a wonderful week and if you're in the United States, a fabulous Independence Day!

Since today is such a special day, celebrating America's birthday and the release of LAST CHANCE in the UK, I wanted to do something special to celebrate. Before we get to that, take a look at this gorgeous cover. Is it any wonder that McKenna fell in love with Lucas Kane? Sigh...

The sixth novel in New York Times bestselling author Christy Reece's addictive Last Chance Rescue series of sexy suspense and thrilling adventure.

McKenna Sloan saved Lucas Kane's life and then vanished. Lucas moved mountains trying to find her again, and finally McKenna relented - for one fleeting night. The truth is, McKenna's life is all about the dark, deception-filled world of Last Chance Rescue, and for her, there's no hope of love or Lucas. But fate, and Lucas's determination, soon change everything. A kidnapped young woman, a lure to out a killer and the fierce need to bring a criminal to justice combine for one explosive event. For a woman who specializes in staying away from relationships and staying in the heart of danger, this is the most impossible mission of all. Because the odds are deadly, and the passion won't die.

So let's celebrate America's birthday and LAST CHANCE's release with a giveaway! And with such a large prize, will have to make it for U.S. residents only.

Prize includes: a signed copy of NO CHANCE, SECOND CHANCE, and LAST CHANCE, a signed copy of Ella Grace's MIDNIGHT SECRETS, a digital download of CHANCES ARE, a $15 Amazon gift card, and some surprises!

How to win? Just tell me your favorite way to celebrate America's birthday and your email address. Winner will be announced here on Recommend Monday, July 8. Please don't forget to leave your email address so I can get in touch with you!

Have a fabulous 4th everyone!

  2. Happy release day Christy. The cover looks excellent. I celebrated part of my fourth out at sea yesterday and paying the price now. But i am off to support our troops and thank them for their service. We always have an big parade down here and there are tons of service men & women plus their dogs. Without them we wouldn't be what we are in america. God bless America & Thank You to the solders who keep us safe.

  4. Happy 4th of July! My favorite way to celebrate is by just simply spending time with family. Grilling out, spending time outdoors, and maybe a little fishing :) laurie.fisher86@yahoo.com

  5. Entire family (except me!) go to ex husband's family camp on lake for lobster bake.So I go to a 4th parade put on by art students at a local college and then to a farmers market/craft fair. Parade is always a little funny strange and love waking thru all the vendors booth. Although today is 90 and oppressively Humid out! Came home to AC and a good book! suzannestewart49@yahoo.com

  12. Hi Everyone! I hope everyone had a great 4th of July!

I didn't get a chance to post yesterday, but I celebrated the 4th with hotdogs and a baseball game! We planned to see some fireworks too, but we ran out of steam after the 11 inning baseball game.

  13. Every year we celebrate by grilling food, entertaining friends, and going to our town's fireworks display. That's what I did yesterday. I also talk to the children about why we celebrate our independence. And i always make a cake and decorate it so it looks similar to the flag

  15. We did the traditional family BBQ, but since the "kids" are over 21 now, it included beer pong and poker for all this year! I would have loved to have celebrated with suzannestewart49@yahoo.com from above, that sounded like a perfect day. (Too many people around here to gracefully escape to my book.)

  16. We usually barbecue with the family, but we just moved and don't know anyone yet, so we had a quiet day at home with some pulled pork sandwiches and homemade strawberry shortcakes

  17. Had a wonderful 4th with family and spent the day enjoying a small town celebration with parade (that included kids with decorated bikes and strollers, vintage cars and a good old-fashioned fireman's muster competition). It brought back memories of growing up when I spent every 4th of July with family celebrating my grandfather's birthday because he was born on July 4, 1898. For many years I actually thought all the fireworks and holiday excitement was for my grandpa! :) The 4th will always hold fond memories for me of family. km445-home@yahoo.com

Congratulations to Laurie, the winner of the grand prize! Laurie, I'll contact you to discuss prize delivery.

    Have a great summer all!
