SWEET Giveaway Day Fourteen

Hi all!

Thanks so much for the fabulous recommends yesterday. Sorry I didn't get to participate--migraines are never convenient but yesterday's was particularly unwelcomed. I'll try to go back this afternoon and respond to your comments.

I have two prizes for today's SWEET giveaway: A Secret Affair by Mary Balogh and Ravishing in Red by Madeline Hunter. Both authors are two of my favorites in historical romance!

What do you have to do to win one of these prizes? This is going to be as easy as pie! All you have to do is tell me your favorite kind of pie. Yep, it's that easy!

    My favorite pie is pumpkin pie with a big glob of cool whip on top! Just thinking about it is making me hungry :)

    Pies.... hmm... I love cabbage pie and pies with rice and egg. Yet nothing beats cheesecake =)

    Mmm, PIE. But it's not the same with out a la mode! I looooove Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. Warmed ever so slightly with ice-cream. Yumm!!!

    Ok Pie...in germany we don't really have the kind of pie you guys have...with the crust and the filling... so i have to see my favorite cake is Eierlikörkuchen! Eggnogg-cake :o)

    Ooooooo, it's hard to turn my back on a SWEET temptation, and pie is one of the SWEETest! I ♥ PECAN pie -- and with holidays drawing near, it's sure to be at the top of the baking list!

    Favorite Pie would have to be
    pecan pie! I have this fantastic recipe passed down from my great grandmother-I only make this during Thanksgiving and Christmas-so it's extra special-Can't wait for the holidays to get here!

    I haven't had pie in a long time but I did remember enjoying a very tasty apple pie! They were freshly baked so had that extra kick to my taste buds.

    i love pumpkin pie w/ whipped cream. It has to have whipped cream. I can't wait for thanksgiving because I love to make pumpkin pies. This is the 2nd annual thanksgiving at my house.

    The 64 East pie is like a cheesecake and easy.

    1 graham crust
    1 8oz cool whip
    1 8oz cream cheese
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 ccan cherry pie filling

    Mix cool whip, cream cheese and sugar. Put in graham crust and top with the cherry pie filling.

    The stuff is awesome.

    My favorite pie would have to be blueberry, love blueberrys.

    Hey Jackie I make a pie like that also but just use a Jello cheese cake mix and add the cool whip to the filling and top with cherry pie filling.

    Oh my goodness. What a great list of pies! I'm not a huge pie lover (more of a cobbler girl myself) however, I do love a good lemon meringue.
